YVES TANGUY

Raymond Georges Yves Tanguy, who goes by just Yves Tanguy was a French surrealist painter born in 1900 in France. His paintings are immediately recognizable because of his style. Most of them are abstract landscapes, with the occasional addition of colors for contrast. His works are sometimes described as "alien landscapes with various abstract shapes". Personally, I really like his style of painting, it shows creativity and imagination. \

JOAN MIRO

Joan Miro was a Spanish painter, sculptor, and    ceramicist born in Barcelona in 1893. He later died in 1983. A museum, "The  Fundació Joan  Miró" was dedicated to his work in Barcelona  in 1975.   His work has mainly been involved Fauvism, Cubism, and Surrealism. Biomorphic shapes are shapes which seem to exhibit the appearance of a living thing, shown    through the shapes in his work.
